Due to hygiene reasons, all soap sales are final.
If something’s not quite right — maybe your candle arrived damaged or isn’t burning the way it should — reach out within 30 days, and we’ll be happy to make it right.
For damaged items, please email us at azagiftsco@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery. Be sure to include your order number and a few clear photos so we can help as quickly as possible.
Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item is damaged or defective.
