2. Products & Orders

All products are handmade, and slight variations may occur. Orders are processed within 3-4 business days. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse orders at our discretion.

3. Returns & Exchanges

• Soaps are final sale and cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.

• Candles can be returned if unused and unopened within 14 days of delivery.

• Damaged items must be reported within 48 hours with photos for a replacement or refund.

• Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item is defective.

4. Shipping

We are not responsible for delays, lost, or stolen packages once shipped. Please ensure your shipping details are correct.

5. Liability

Aza Gifts is not responsible for any allergic reactions or misuse of our products. Please read ingredient lists carefully.
